When i first went to this sight, i was able to chat live with a customer service rep. she was very helpful and new her stuff. I ordered a dress, that i rec'd within 10 days, it fits perfectly, no alterations needed, just like the picture! The material is exactly what i wanted and pictured, the price was almost embarrassing for the quality of the dress. I can't wait to be the center of attention, walking down the isle, in this beautiful gown. I will recommend this site to all my friends, family and even to strangers in passing! Thanks so much, you all are the eppiphany of what a true online retailer should look like and your a good example of great customer service.
